I love the selection

I love the selection! I didn't realize that my canvas was "just" a canvas and that I needed to order a frame separately - that was not clear on the website. Customer service responded and a frame is on its way to me.

No return policy

This company has terrible customer service. I spent $145.00 on product that is poor quality and wont work for me and they will not take any returns. I offered to pay shipping and they just replied with rude comments like "do you know what all sales are final means? Stay clear of this company and find your product elsewhere. UPDATE: They are not in Florida as the website says, they are in New Zealand. They have now offered to give me a refund if and when I remove the review and after they receive the item back which needs to be shipped to New Zealand at my expense. Lesson learned. ****BUYER BEWARE***

Do It Yourself Scam

The canvas painting wasn’t what I expected. Different colors and look. Very deceiving. Then I paid for framing and I get a DIY frame which was shocking. You pay for framing and what do you get a DIY frame and a rolled up piece of canvas art. The frame doesn’t even fit the painting. The company doesn’t pay for shipping and don’t provide refunds. I am just thinking of throwing away the frame since it’s useless and putting the art in a different frame.
