Review Time
Didn't receive my order, after 14 days I tried to contact customer service and ask where it was. All I got were automated replies. After constant emails from me eventually I got reply and was told the items I ordered were now out of stock! Still waiting for my order almost a month later. No offer of compensation - appalling.
I ordered three rhubarb crowns. They came promptly but are the smallest rhubarb plants I've ever seen. Two have small, puny shoots but the third has nothing - it looks just like a brown thumb and I'm not optimistic that it's viable. I planted them immediately but I won't order again from Carbeth Plants as the quality is very poor. Didn't realise that the plants would be so tiny and weak. Will have to re order from somewhere else.
Unfortunately rose plant arrived looking very small, and with hardly any leaves, no gift card or plant label despite being included in the package. Also missing an item. Small refund given, 10%. Haven’t received gift card and plant label yet despite asking for this. Very disappointing as was for a gift. Chose not to return plant as I would incur cost of this. Instead have put towards buying a plant from elsewhere.
A gift of two blueberry plants went astray such that they did survive the detour. Carbeth sent me two more plants and dealt with my questions immediately. I would definitely buy from this nursery because their customer service is magnificent and probably reflects their care of the plants they grow and deliver.Thank you Carbeth Nursery
