Super low quality

Bad! They have some employees that have no ideea about their job and about client service. Very low quality in comparison with their competition, FanCourier, Dhl, DPD, Fastius, even Dragon Star are better and they have a more client oriented approch. Urgent Cargus seems like a “gang from the block” with the only focus on how to make you problems. Unfortunately, I have a monthly recurrent order that is sent through them, and every single time I have problems with the delivery. No exception! They are good only at making up resons for which they haven’t delivered. No problem solving skils none so ever, nor good will. Fortunately, all my other shipping is provided by proffessional courier providers. Avoid them as much as possible!

Terrible!!

Terrible!!! I sent a big package more than two weeks and they said the receiver was not home (receiver says is not true, and he wasn't even been called!). Seeing the delay we both try to reach customer support, but no answer! Now I finally reached, and they don't try to re deliver or anything. Loss of money, waste of time and energy. Awful

Very disappointed with their delivery…

Very disappointed with their delivery agents. They skip some addresses during their delivery program, lie that they have been to your door, then the delivery agent tells you you won't see another package from them... Misconduct, impolite, uneducated employees. In the call center they refuse to receive your complaints. Why would a serious company choose to use their services?

Bad service isnt enough said

First of my delivery was late 5 days ( and counting). Secondly 'apparently' have this customer service line. 3 different numbers for absolutely nothing. If you wait exactly 16minutes and 16 seconds the line will be cut of no one ever answer. The chat is just as unusefull and inexistant as the hotline. If you ever succed getting someone to 'chat' with, you end receiving a seemingly non-automatic message with someone introducing themselves just to finally give you the hope that they even have any ounce of interest in their customers satisfaction just to end up writing up your problem like a fool to realizing that its also just an automatic messaging system. (Maybe after trying to log in about 30 times and having their chat server crash several times, you might be lucky and actually get a "how can i help you" but dont expect anything more than that). Angry and extremly dissapointed is an understatement for how i feel right now. So i find the "URGENT" part in their name more like an ironic joke then an actual fact.

Don't use

The package is already a day late and all phones seam to be off the hook, been trying for about 4 hours and all i get is a busy tone.
