This is the worst delivery company in the region. They blame others, show a lack of professionalism, and provide inadequate support. My international package arrived in 3 days but has been on hold for over 5 days. The service team has refused to assist or provide answers, closing calls and chats without resolution. This is truly the most unprofessional delivery service.
Despite two negative experiences in the past, I'm now sharing a positive one. My small package was delivered as promised. The courier kindly called when I was not home and agreed to return later in the afternoon. Additionally, all my previous packages collected from the designated store were delivered promptly with tracking. It seems the service has improved.
I would rather not purchase products than have them delivered by this company. Previously, it took them 3 days to deliver an order, and they altered the tracking records in the app. My current order isn't even visible in the app, and I was only notified via email. It was supposed to arrive today, but it hasn't, and the courier isn't answering. I will never choose this service again.
A package was sent to another address and I wanted it redirected. I called the call center and when I tried to explain the problem, I was told that I had to chat on the website and they simply hung up on me rudely, saying that they had to take the next customer's call without even listening to my question. I went to the website and there is a chatbot that does not help with my problem. You leave a message and you don't know when you will get a reply. The point is that by the time they reply to the message, I will no longer be at the address where it needs to be redirected.What can I say.I do NOT recommend Cargus under any circumstances. Very poorly organized and with extremely rude staff.
The latest experiences have been terrible. The couriers did not contact me by phone. Address error. Reports from couriers that no one was at the address, even though I was specifically waiting for the package. Customer support consists only of robots, chatbots, and emails that no one responds to.
