Review Time
I just want to start by saying… wow!! I ordered two pairs of bras in size L and when trying them on I soon realised the cups were too small so I contacted Celeste and they told me they were sending me two new bras in bigger size at no extra cost and I didn’t need to send the old ones back. Which is amazing in itself! I then tried on these two new ones and unfortunately the band was too big so it was slipping a bit, I contacted them to just give feedback as I never once thought that they would send me anymore to try, but they did!! They sent me two new bras to try and I have just got them and they feel amazing! They fit perfect and I will honestly never buy any other bras from anywhere else in the future now! I have never received such wonderful customer service before and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you!!
Very comfortable bras! Customer service staff, Hannah and Hollie have been amazing as I had an issue with one of my bras. They were very helpful and quickly responded to my emails. Subsequently they are sending me a new bra. Very happy customer, thank you Celeste D'or Curve. 😊
The best customer service I have experienced in a long time! And the product feels lovely, I ordered the incorrect size and the company were very quick in resending me the correct size. Very responsive and I’ll be ordering more of their products.
