These bras are super soft and comfortable, everything is held securely in place without the discomfort of an underwire. More importantly I was extremely impressed with the customer service of this company, they were prompt and very helpful with sizing and postage . Excellent service and product, thanks very much
Awful - DO NOT BUY Bought two bras - no support and poor quality. Tried to return and get a refund and was told that this would cost me £12.95!!!! They then duped me into accepting 2 replacements under their “Perfect Fit” policy which when arrived were practically the same. I was then told that according to “their” policy I wasn’t able to return these items for a refund, as accepting the “Perfect Fit” option had resulted in my consumer rights for a refund to be void. I’m now left with 4 useless bras. THEFT!!!!
I initially ordered a deep v plunge in M but had quite a bit of overspill on the cups (I normally wear a 34f). Customer service was fantastic. They recommended a style and size to suit me and sent it free of charge. Told me to keep or gift the other one. The new style (full coverage in size L) fits perfectly and is sooooo comfortable! I will defo be buying more bras from here.
Ordered on the 1st November, Recieved the despatch email on the 3rd November with a Royal Mail tracking number. That tracking number still shows "waiting to recieve from Vendor" . Reached out to Customer Services intial response quickly recieved, " They are looking in to it " Nothing further - Its is now the 12th November - Still Nothing - I think the company may be a scam site
*UPDATED:DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. After my size was kindly replaced from Medium to Small, it did not fit and I was told I could not get a refund as I had already used the ‘fit guarantee service’ which was not at all explained that by getting a different size would stop me from getting a refund. I now have 10 bras that I offered to return that I’m stuck with. Appalling service and I’ve been completely tricked. *Original review: I ordered 5 bras lead from Instagram and I was very impressed. I needed to change to a smaller size and was surprised to learn they would send my entire order with new sizes for free! No need to return my original order! Wow what service and they were prompt in responding to my email! Gained a loyal customer!
My first order of two bras arrived and they were not quite the right fit. I am a 34C and ordered the small as per the size guide. I contacted the support team and got an immediate response and 2 more bras in medium size arrived a few days later. Perfect fit! Extremely comfortable and yes I can say the best fitting bras I have ever worn. Very happy with the bras and the service thank you!
