The deep V bra is super comfy, a lovely soft fabric. I thought the small might be too small, so ordered a size S & M. In fact the S was best for me (32C) cups fit fine but it's a little big around the back, I could do with an extra set of hooks to tighten it. I'm just hoping it doesn't stretch, only time will tell. It doesn't create any back fat and is comfortable all day long. Customer service were amazing when I explained I needed to swap the Medium for another Small in alternative colour. Quick & efficient & even told me to gift the Medium size bra to a friend, rather than return it.
I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. I ordered my bras and unfortunately they were too big, so I reached out to request an exchange. My reply was astonishing. Not only would they help me with a smaller size, but they said keep them and gift them to someone else and they will send new ones free of charge. I did this and gave them to my mum, who loves them, she gave one to her friend, who also loves them. They have both now ordered more for themselves.

I ordered two bras in 3xl ( 38G uk) - they have a sizing chart where you can work out the size you need which is really helpful. I’m very large chested so I admit I was skeptical as I cannot wear underwear bras due to having HS. They arrived super fast but the cup just wasn’t supporting my breasts and I didn’t feel comfortable. I simply just thought yep that’s another wasteful purchase! I saw a post on Facebook advertising the bras and I commented that I didn’t feel supportive but won’t return due to the hassle. The customer service team got in touch and explained how they have a perfect fit guarantee so I could keep the two I had brought and they would send me 2 more free of charge. I chose two different styles and they arrived super fast. All I can say is wow, if you big chested I highly recommend going for the sheer edge or the scallop bra as the support is brilliant. There’s no bulging or back fat and the girls are safe and secure. The lift is amazing considering there is no wire I truly wasn’t expecting the oomph that it gave me. I can comfortably wear this bra all day and I don’t have to adjust straps or have that feeling where you can’t wait to get it off. There is no digging in or rubbing. They also wash really well. It’s been years since I have been able to wear something other that bralettes styles and I’m really happy I came across this brand. I will definitely be buying some more.
I placed an order over a week ago, I made an error on my order I didn’t add my house number when placing my order, straight away I sent an email asking for assistance, no response, I then sent another email for assistance and reached out on Facebook message, still no response. I’ve had no other emails regarding my delivery or order update and I’m unsure now if I’ll even receive my order as I’m getting 0 communication.
My bras arrived and were just a little too big for me given my smaller cup size. Customer service was prompt, helpful and excellent throughout. They provided guidance on a more suitable size and sent me a replacement free of charge. It’s sounds too good to be true but this really is an excellent company that deserves to do well.
