I am extremely disappointed that I trusted your company’s promise to provide a PERFECT FIT GUARANTEE. I followed your size chart and ordered a small. The bra was too big. And now I don’t even get all of my money back because I have to pay to send it back. That’s a perfect fit guarantee? That’s a horrible way to get customers to try your merchandise, I was offered to try another style and another size?? But what’s smaller than small? Your size chart only has small as the smallest so how was I being guaranteed the perfect fit when small is the smallest that your bras come in and small was too big for me? A $44 bra and I’m out $12.95 due to shipping costs back-and-forth. Not fair!! Don’t get caught in the trap like I did.

The strapless M was too tight however, so I exchanged it for an XL which I feel will be a better fit all around.

The best and quickest experience I’ve ever had with an online company. I ordered four bras which arrived quickly and they fit so well and are super comfortable. I was unsure on the sizing as small seemed too small but medium seems too big. After sending an email querying the size, I sent my measurements and received a reply with a recommended bra size and style. I’m very happy and will definitely make further purchases.
The bra I bought did not fit well at all.
I have emailed 3 TIMES about returning it but so far haven't received a reply from anyone to any of those emails.
I would give a 0 (zero) for customer support.
The bra fits beautifully and is incredibly comfortable. I did notice a small indentation dent in the padding and called the company just to ask if that was normal. Without any hesitation, they immediately sent me a brand new one. No questions asked. Hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Great customer service. A purchase a medium and was a bit big. They sent out a small to replace it. I didn't even have to return the medium. It fits like a second skin. Sometimes I forget im even wearing it. I wear it to bed. Great support!!! I already made another purchase. Throwing out all my old bras. This bra is truly innovative
Love, love, love this bra, the most comfortable bra. I unfortunately ordered the wrong size but the customer service was one of the best I have ever come across. These days thats GOLD. It was sorted just like that, easy, done. I will be ordering more.
Products are really lovely in look and feel. Unfortunately I got the wrong size but customer services were great, offering some really great advise and arranging a free replacement order in the next size. I even was allowed to keep the originals so could gift them to someone suitable.
