Was really happy with purchase but bras were too big despite following size chart to a tee. I let the customer service team know and they were outstanding. They asked me lots of questions and replied efficiently (within a day or two) with a solution. They sent me the correct sizes due to their sizing guarantee without me having to send the others back. I gifted these to my Mum who is thrilled! Will definitely buy again - great business with great products and most importantly, great service.
Great communication and excellent replacement process. I ordered what I thought was the correct size bra but it was unfortunately too small. After a couple of two way emails I received the next size up and it fit perfectly. Per their guarantee, I didn't need to send back the first, too small item.

This bra is incredibly comfortable. I usually dislike bras and the shopping experience because it's tough to find one that looks good and fits properly. Excellent product! I was searching for a wire-free bra that offers strong support with a wide side strap. The deep V design gives a lovely shape, and the fabric is incredibly soft. I purchased two bras that are marketed as full support, but they didn't provide the level of support I expected. They are comfortable and work well under certain materials. However, I find that the support doesn't offer much push from the sides, making them feel more like sports bras. I'll likely use them for the gym or work.
I recently got my order and they are incredibly comfortable; however, the size M was a bit too loose around the back for me (I typically wear a 34DD). I reached out to the support team, and they responded promptly, offering to send replacement bras in a size Small. They are on their way now, so I hope these will fit perfectly. The quality of the products is excellent, and they look great on my natural shape (many of the promotional videos feature enhanced breasts, which is fine) but just to clarify, they provide fantastic support for natural shapes as well :)
This bra is really comfortable! However, I don't feel it provides the lift I require. It might be due to my short torso. Even with the straps fully adjusted, I still feel a bit saggy, which I dislike. I might consider crossing the straps in the back for better lift. Overall, the softness and comfort are excellent!
