I bought the Strapless Invisible Push Up Jelly Bra × 1 and I've never had a strapless bra fit so well. The added strap across the back really keeps everything firm without feeling the bra is dropping down - as most strapless bras do. I am a 12C and had to order up to a XL as the M was a little small. However, the Deep V Push-Up Seamless Wireless Jelly Bra M was perfect. Go figure.

Customer service was 100% in the exchange process.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Celeste D’or Curve. My order was stolen after the courier left it in an unsecured letterbox, even though the office was open at the time. I followed every step I was asked to take, including lodging a formal claim with SpeedX and providing screenshots, photos, and updates immediately.

Celeste D’or confirmed on **5 February 2026** that the matter was now fully in their hands and under internal review. Since then, I’ve had to chase them repeatedly — on the 8th, 10th, 11th, and 13th of February — just to get basic updates. Despite all of this, I still haven’t received any resolution, replacement, refund, or even a clear timeframe.

To make the situation worse, I continued receiving marketing emails and product reviews for an order I never received. I can’t review the product itself because it never arrived.

It has now been **weeks**, the issue has been entirely with their internal team since **5/2/2026**, and I’m still waiting for an outcome. The lack of follow‑through and slow resolution process has been incredibly frustrating and has completely eroded my confidence in the brand.

I would strongly caution others to be aware of this before purchasing.

I ordered two bras to try. Was sent one of the ones I ordered and one that wasn't part of my order. I did not find the fit right for me, there was not enough support. When wanting to return them I had to go back and forth with them on email for a number of weeks. They originally told me it would be £12.95 to return, even though one of the bras was not what I ordered. They offered to swap them and they also offered me the option to pay half and keep them, which seems such a strange offer. I have had to send them many photos of the bras as well. I am still trying to get the return label sent to me. It has been a real pain to return them.

I wanted to share my experience so far with this company, they have been amazing with helping me exchange my order for the correct size. I ordered medium size which was to wide around the waist and needed to exchange for a smaller size. I also worried to much time passed, they was not the case. The team member responded quickly to me and helped my every step of the way to exchange my order for the new size and even shipped them out for me. Amazing customer service. I am so excited for the new sizes to arrive do I can leave my review. Thank you for all your help Sophie

The bras were not a good fit and did not appear to be of the quality I had expected. When I asked to return them, I was informed that a £12.95 return fee would be deducted from my total order value of £47.23.

I queried this and requested a full refund on the basis that I would return the items at my own expense. This was refused. Instead, I was offered a 50% discount to keep products that I have no use for. In my view, this offer only reinforces my concerns about the quality of the items.

Overall, I found the customer service disappointing and would not purchase from this company again.

I struggle with chronic pain from fibromyalgia and Heds. Some days wearing clothes hurts, try adding a bra and it’s hell. These wireless bras are so incredibly soft, comfortable and give just the perfect amount of support without causing pain.
I went out today feeling confident and not feeling self conscious worrying that my bra wasn’t holding “the girls” in place.
I did buy a couple that weren’t quite the right fit and Hannah in customer support has helped get me sorted. I’ve never experienced such wonderful customer service. 100% recommend these to anyone after a good wireless bra, and for those who’ve not tried a wireless bra please do yourself a favour you won’t regret.
