The salesperson explained the product and provided an explanation of what I could expect from the windows as well as installation. The men that came to measure were polite & efficient. The installers were careful of my property and did sn excellent job of installing and cleaning up after (I think my house was cleaner after they left than before).
From salesman coming to home to final install, I can say the process from ordering windows to install went really well. We had no issues with windows and we can't believe how much it change the look of our home. Everyone who sees the new windows state how much they have improved the home. I think the value wasn't bad. We had 21 windows install, we had no issues with the finance company Champion found for us and would do this again. We waited a long time to get the windows done and glad it is completed and happy with the project and outcome.
Champion installers showed up as promised and were quick and efficient in replacing my windows. They did a good job cleaning up the debris. I got my first full month’s electricity bill and it was down 25% from the same month the previous year! And I only replaced some of my windows.
I couldn't have asked for nicer, considerate men that helped me through the process of buying new windows and sliding glass door for my home. Mike who got me his top notch installers, Tom and Adam to the salesperson, Ethan, they were wonderful very respectful of my property. The installers were personable and very much willing to keep me engaged in the process of my window installation. They cleaned up thoroughly, asked me questions about things ( such as wiring) surrounding my windows that might have impeded the window installation or negatively impacted me once the install was completed. Lastly, they were verbally informative about how to clean and operate my windows …much appreciated.
