Champion did an excellent job on our windows. We were able to see a demonstration window by the sales consultant that sold us on the windows. The installation was done within one day. We love how our windows look and they are energy efficient! I recommend Champion Windows to everyone!
I am very happy with the looks and quality of my new Windows.I gave them 4 stars because one of the Windows had a defect and they are supposed to come back with a replacement. They haven't yet, so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.If they don't, I am obviously gonna have to speak out.

I love my 3 new windows. I have been waiting for awhile for someone to contact me to finish the other 4 that needs to be done. I have called the office 3 times and no one has returned my call. We made an agreement prior to the first installation.
I was pretty happy with the professionalism of the technician, and his timeliness. All questions were answered. Cleaned up all debris. The only issue I had was after inspecting the windows after he had left I found the sealant or caulking could have been better. So mainly cosmetic appearance.
I was totally happy with the install and the product. My awarding only 1 star has to do with Champions lack of response to door leaks after rain. Difficult to find someone to take responsibility and terrible response to the problem. This leaking started within weeks of the install and so far I received some response from salesperson but no fix or further contact
