Champion did all my windows . They did a great job untill this last big window they did. They used a subcontractor to do it . He didn't clean the window after he was done and he chaulked over the weep holes and didn't put the screw hole plugs in after installing the window . That's the reason I didn't give them 5 stars .
The salesman was easy to talk to and worked with us to get the results and price we wanted. The crew was great. Dave, the leader waa easy going informed and did quality work. The only downside was the add on we requested. The skirting of our new sunroom needed a door to have access underneath. We forgot to ask about it in the initial meeting. This meant cutting the skirting adding two hinges and cutting a 2x4 to frame the door. The bad part is that they added a $495 charge on our bill and no discussion. The only new material was the 2x4, the latch and the hinges that took all of 30 minutes on the outside to make happen. We had a budget and it set us back.
We are delighted by our covered porch that is essentially a new room, shielded from much of the street noise and blistering afternoon sun. The design we wanted was our own variation of the the basic design which was accommodated without problem. Everyone was great to work with.
Champion Windows are the Best! The representatives that came to my home were professional and knowledgeable. I told them exactly what I needed and they delivered from beginning until the end. So far, we are truly happy with the product. I would recommend them to all who are in need of the products they sell! One Happy Customer
HORRIBLE!! Don't use them!! Had a sunroom put on and a deck off of it. Sunroom electricity is all messed up. Pieces missing. The deck is a total mess. We had it made with Trex. The flooring is wavey...doesn't even meet up to the end of the porch. Already falling apart and hasn't even been a year. Continuously called and given the run around by several people.
Tim Berenyl did an amazing job sharing Champion’s philosophy and products. Very pleased and excited to get my new windows installed. I appreciated Tim’s knowledge, he was very helpful in helping me decide on which windows would be the most cost effective but efficient too.
