Review Time
I live in a house that was built in 1947. Three double hung windows facing the street were the only windows that were the only original windows in the house. I wanted a window company that would sell, install, and warranty the windows all under one roof. Champion Windows fit that bill. The sales rep Andrew Culp sat down with me and we went over all the specifics of the windows. Tan exterior, low e insulated glass, divided lite top sash only, and sash that is easy to clean. When the windows were ready to install it took the installation crew less than 2 hours to install . From taking out the old windows to installing the new windows they really did a fantastic job. My neighbor across the street saw how efficiently they did the job he ordered windows for his house. Its a great company and very easy to deal with from ordering to financing I'm glad I chose Champion Windows over all the other brands out there.
Al and his crew were awesome. They left the area cleaned up and the windows look great!! They has to come back due to a factory mess up but Dave called and explained the issue immediately and they had already re-ordered the front window! Al got the short one installed and secured until the new one was ready! Didn't take long at all to come in! Still finishing up a few things but happy so far!
If I could give you a 0 I would. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CAMPION AT ALL. After calling and setting up an appointment. The corporate office called TWICE, EACH TIME THIRTY MINUTES before our appointment to reschedule to have an estimate for our replacement Windows. Each time we had to change our work schedule to accommodate the company. IF it is this hard just to get an estimate just how hard would it be to have the company to actually put the Windows in. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CHAMPION WINDOWS. Stacy & Malena
I contacted Champion Windows. Because they were highly recommended by my parents. Spent over $14000.00 for 9 windows and one patio door in 2018. I was told for as long as the house stood. I would receive FREE SERVICE FOR BROKEN GLASS TORN SCREENS ETC. And, this service would be transferable when I sold the house. Now, it's 2021 I have a torn screen. When I call to make an appointment to have the screen fixed. I'm told "There is a service fee $99.00." How is this FREE! Take your money else where. They will promise you everything to get your money. Then when they have to fix something. There is "Service Fee". How much is this "Fee" going to be next year? NOT A HAPPY PERSON!
