Review Time
Just spent $6,000 on windows and they installed a window with a broken latch , it popped out while they were here and said it wasnt locked it worked 2x after that. Next day popped out again so I had to go out in the rain and close my window that I just paid way to much for. the window with a crank is not worth it the latch pops out and won't stay locked called them 3days ago and no word back on anything
We have Champion windows. Champion garage siding, garage windows and we just spent a fortune on a four season sun room. We are very pleased with the product quality and the workers were great on all of these additions. I gave Champion company an outstanding review but I am regretting it now. They installed an Amanda heat and air conditioning unit. It began to make a loud grinding noises during its operation. Our salesman heard it and said it sounded like a vibration. The installer was finishing up on our project and it began the noise again. He had never heard a unit sounding like that before. I signed off on the job thinking it covered just completion of the porch itself. We called Champion’s customer service and asked them to come or send an Amanda rep to fix our unit. The person told my wife since we signed off on the completed part, they don’t have to fix it because we signed off on the contract. We we’re supposed to contact Amanda directly. We called them but haven’t received an answer yet. You would think champion would have helped us out considering the amount of money we paid them for all three projects.Three days ago I received a reply from Champion and they apologized about the response from Champion about the Amanda heater and air conditioning they installed in our new sun room. They wanted to talk to me about the awful service we received from their company regarding this problem. I called the phone number they gave me and when I called them back I explain to the lady that her company wanted to discuss this terrible service we received from Champion. She put me on hold than I was directed to a voice Mail. I then had to tell them why I was calling. I also left my name and phone number. It has been three days now and I haven’t heard back from them yet. I guess they weren’t generally sorry about the lousy service I received from them in the first place. I guess they did not tell the truth in their response stating they were sorry and wanted to discuss this problem I had with them. I’m still waiting for a phone call from them.
Crap company and unprofessional. Went into the showroom to talk to a sales associate, approximately 45 minutes before closing, only to be told there were no sales associate there. I was directed to schedule an appointment online, for home consultation. Following this guidance, I did, only to have no one show at the appointment time. There was no call, text, or email letting me they would be late, or had to cancel. Won't be using this company ever.
