Champion Windows are fantastic! I have used them for years. They are dependable, efficient and give great customer service. Blake was most helpful to me with my questions and needs. He is personable and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company and they stand behind their products -- I have had no problems with their service at all.
We had a Champion Window sales representative come to our house and had a very positive experience. The representative was polite, knowledgable, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about residential windows. If you are considering replacing windows in your home, I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Champion.
I actually give Champion no stars. I have been contacting them since October 2020 about a leak in our sunroom that they have been out to fix 3 times. It’s still leaking, ruining my floor, and no one will now call me back when I leave messages about getting it fixed again. VERY POOR customer service for offering lifetime guarantees.
STL area: We had ordered a storm door in March. We received a call for a measurement. A service person came out and measured about a week later. We were told they are out about two weeks, this is May. We received a call telling us they cannot install our storm door because we did not spend $3000. Never was this mentioned, not the visits nor the phone calls. The sales person, a friend, quit, his accounts were audited and two months later we were told it was a no go. Chances are by this time the door has been manufactured. Al Norton, the guy who called, never asked if we wanted to increase our order, which by the way, we have 18 windows in our home and it is on the agenda. We also want to enclose our deck but never once was anything else offered. Al said we would have our check by Tuesday. NOPE, we do not. The follow through is poor and I do not want to be a part of this company. Their customer service is sketchy and I advise you to beware.
