If I could give you a 0 I would. Poor service from the CEO on down to the Regional Service Manager Matt that continue to do nothing about the flawed door they installed or they did something wrong when they installed it. I've been told that I need to be patient because of Covid also Brandon Kirkpatrick told me he was escalating the issue back on 10/19, 11/2, 11/16, 1/8, 1/26, 2/16 and here we are in April 2021 and still nothing. Matt called me last week after I begged a VP via Linked in to help telling me that their service team or person quit so there is no one in the area that can perform service. He said he was working on getting someone to come 6 hours from Boston to handle the repair. Do you think I heard back from Matt yet? NO!!! If you don't have reps or service in an area DONT SELL PRODUCT. I wont stop until this is corrected.
I met Luke Pacheco a representative of Champion, recently through a social media site which I had posted a vehicle for sale. Luke was very polite and respectful as well as punctual. When he arrived at my home, I was impressed by the way he carried himself and he was very friendly to talk with. He did not purchase the vehicle but we ended up talking windows. I unfortunately do not need new windows in my home but I would definitely recommend him and Champion to a friend.
ABC ANYBODY BUT CHAMPION - Quick to give quote, quick to take deposit. Job promised 14-18 weeks. It is been 7 months and still no porch. No communication - no return phone calls. I am so close to losing my deposit so I can hire someone else just to get the job done. Please don't be suckered in, like I was.
Mick Scarbrough was the sales rep who visited us on 4/16/21 to pre measure our windows and give us a quote. Mick was most helpful and informative in our decision experience. He went above and beyond to help us get the best price. I would give him 10 stars if 10 was available. Thank you so much Mick.
I would highly recommend Champion Windows...the whole process was professional, thorough, and I do not have anything to complain about. The installation was done in a very timely manner, clean, all the caulking was neat and looks great. I can only say this was an excellent experience, Thank you, everyone!
