Review Time
I have been trying to order a replacement handle and rollers for my door for 5 months! Each time I call their service center I get told someone will call me back and then nothing. Sometimes I get a call or a text telling me that someone else will contact me, but nothing ever happens. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am trying to order and pay for parts and I can't get anyone to help me.
Since Champion switched to a centralized communication service, they have turned to absolute crap. Used to be I could call the local office with any question about their products, whether I had one or not. I have had windows, siding on my home and storm doors installed by them. Last October, I contacted them about the latch breaking on one of my storm doors. A month later, a representative visited, took a couple pictures, agreed that it was broken, took my $99 check and left. I had to call them several times (a rep remarked to me that I have talked to everyone in the office)...the count is now over 20 calls. I have been promised a tech visit and finally that my $99 would be returned. I called again this week and was informed that it is against his ability (and that it was in fact a company policy that service call refunds are not made). I long for the Champion company I once knew...they make and install good products, but their service is well below the one star I have rated them.
I appreciated the communication that we received with Champion prior to actual installation of the windows. The installers were prompt, courteous, answered all my questions, cleaned up before they departed. Your installers are great. I like the appearance of the windows from both the inside and from the outside of my house.
Champion did the siding for our house and a detached garage. Every step of the process was explained, before, during and after the job was complete. The installers did a excellent job. We are 100% satisfied and have a new and updated look for our house.
