I wouldn't recommend Champion windows. We replaced all of our windows and door wall and they don't hold up well at all. Installation was inferior and the windowsills were substantially marred from the process. We wanted to keep the screens, but the installers bent the frames so badly they were not useable. AND we cannot get off of their mailing list...
We had some garage windows installed this fall. They were installed incorrectly! The follow-up is awful!!!’ No screens, promises broken week after week for a follow-up. I will NEVER recommend Champion Window to anyone. In fact, I will make sure I let friends, family, and colleagues know....DON’T buy anything from this company!!
Ashley, Chris and Chris were the best. I waited a long time for this service but Ashley made it happen. She was responsive and so kind and helpful. Both Chris’s were helpful, kind, neat and professional. This was done in Nashville TN and I can’t stay enough good things about all of them. They all deserve a raise!!!!
I am a disabled Vet and on an limited income.I had champion windows installed around October of 2020 i love the windows and the guys who installed them were great .The PROBLEM is when the the factory rep was quoting me the price he added 2,000 more i ask what for ,he said for cutting out the old windows. I told him I didn't think he would have to do that because the frame outside has screws around it and had removed before with no problem .He then told me no they would have to be presecion cut out. I was there both days they installed the windows and there was no cutting out of any windows . The tech installing the windows said he did not have to cut out any windows when I ask him this.the first call after the install was to the rep who stated he would get his manager to email me a change order this did not happen no one will answer any of my calls or text so what can I do now.Its bad when company's take advantage of disabled Vets. So I would recommend not using these people .You may not what your supposed to
