We decided it was time to finally replace our worn out windows and called Champion for an estimate. Dustin came up and gave us all the information we needed to make our decision- and with absolutely no pressure to buy. He worked hard to get us the best price available and with their extensive warranty it was hard to pass up. We went ahead and made our purchase with an estimated delivery of 90 days out - well 5 weeks later we were informed that our order was ready and would you believe- it was installed the very next day! The installers were very professional and went out of their way to do a great job. They cleaned up everything and hauled away our old windows in a matter of approximately 5 hours. Our whole house had beautiful new windows!!We have noticed a huge difference in the way our home holds heat - it’s so even now! No drafty areas. The thickness of the new frames, filled with insulation makes a wonderful difference!We are very very pleased with our purchase and highly recommend Champion!
I had my new window and sliding glass doors installed last month. The cost of which were more than we originally anticipated, however I will say that I am so very pleased. The team that came to my home for the install was absolutely exceptional! They were both polite and very respectful of my home, cleaning up after themselves as they went. All the features that we expected are working brilliantly and I cannot wait for warmer weather to be able to use the screens easily. We will be replacing the rest of the windows that need it with Champion products!
The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. The installer was good until he noticed a piece was missing. He had planned to leave it opened until I informed him to cover the opening. Somewhere between ordering and loading for install, the small window pane above my glassed in back porch was not delivered. I’ve contacted the installer in whom I paid in full, because he informed me that he would submit the request for the missing piece. I’ve had to follow up with him twice and the local Macon, GA office with no response or resolutions. The follow through until completion is terrible. DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETED TO YOUR SATISFACTION! I won’t dispute that the quality of the windows are great; but, customer service and follow up could use a lot of work. I need new windows and screens for my home and WILL NOT be using Champion Windows.
