From the sales person to the guys doing the installation everything was done professionally and on time. We are very happy with the doors - they look great! This is the third time we have worked with Champion and highly recommend them.
From quote through installation, my experience with Champion has been wonderful. Like all projects, there were a couple of minor hiccups, but their customer service team did a great job updating me on timelines and answering questions. The only place I see for improvement with Champion is a more competitive price. My windows were installed during Covid and the team respected the CDC recommended guidelines and all the company policy that I was aware of. The customer service team did reach out before hand to make sure I was comfortable with the installation.
5 years ago we had Champion Windows of Columbia,SC Install a sun room.We rated that project excellent because of the Quality of the materials used, the time line and professional installation. From start to finish sales,customer service and installers have been excellent. We like our windows, but the communication has been subpar. After our initial in home estimate, they fell off the face of the earth. It was like pulling teeth to get in contact with someone to get scheduled. When installation day arrived, we showed them our initial paperwork and it differed from what the installers were told to do. In turn, it added over double thr amount of time and work and our 5 hour estimate turned into over 12. They were working in the dark and we felt awful! Afterwards we never received our warranty info that was promised the Monday after installation and one window won't stay all the way open and slides a bit. We have called and left messages and have not heard back for weeks.
The installers showed up on time and since I work from home, I asked if they could work on my office window first. They did and were done with the noisy part only 10 minutes after my start time. That made for a great impression. I will highly recommend your company to others
