We were very impressed with Champions windows. Redva Cox was our salesman and if We had any questions or concerns he was on the spot and got it done. We looked and compared and decided the value for dollar is hard to beat. The installers were excellent and they worked hard since we live in a town home with 6 levels poor guys. Rich was his name. 2 doors 4 windows 6 levels in a day. This company has really fantastic people and I highly recommend them. Very Happy Costomer and the look Great. Thanks to all involved.
Consultation has gone very well. Vinnie was very professional and during this time of Covid he was very respectful of wearing a mask and keeping a safe distance. The presentation went well and the pricing was competitive. We didn’t just call in Champion, we had to do our research and weigh our options. I feel we made the right choice!
Champion window specialist John Marcelli was excellent with his knowledge and professionalism. John did everything to make sure we were comfortable with price and financing options. They came to job dropped the material said that additional work was needed and that they couldnt even do the additional work and left. Salesman wanted to tear down addtion and deck for 6x original cost. I am having ban replaced and have request Champion to come out and give new quote as new contractor is doing things in Champions original quote Champion did not show up. Re-scheduled for next day am waiting on them ad we speak. Next going to better business and 6 on your side the filing lawsuit!
We got a custom patio door installed. It took a lot longer than we were originally quoted, which we were okay with. BUT they brought the wrong screen door, again, no big deal they said they would rush the correct one and we would hear from them within a day or two.Four days went by before I had to reach out to them. They didn't send someone out with a new one for another two weeks. This installer again brought the WRONG type of screen door.It has now been over a month since then, I've called numerous times and cannot get a hold of anyone.Champion Customer Service is absolutely awful and I regret purchasing from them. Will never recommend to anyone.
So after reading the reviews I am concerned We ordered Windows on July 20th told we would have to wait 6 to 8 weeks due to COVID. 10 Weeks later we had not contact from the company so we called back and was told the Windows were delayed. (NO ONE CALLED). So I called back a week later and was told they had arrived at the Indianapolis office. They left a message for the installers to call us back. (NO TIME FRAME GIVEN) Then they call us and tell us they will be at our home on 10/15 (13 Weeks from ordering) and I took a Vacation day to be there and got a call saying Truck broke down BUT they would be there on Saturday to install (According to the person who called they never do this) So now your 5 weeks late now they are doing me a favor. It is Friday and I wait to see if my Windows arrive if not then I will be seeking legal advice.
We had a very pleasant experience using Champion Windows. They were punctual, they took each window out & replaced it as they went around our house. They left nothing undone. We are very pleased with the work done and will enjoy it for years to come!
