Review Time
Been trying for over a year to get screens for my windows on my original install. Can't seem to get anyone to handle it. The install went great, just getting their attention after that is futile. finally took about 35 calls and two years to get screens. One of my windows broke and I never could get a replacement. Definitely stay away from this company! I tried managers, supervisors, customer service...... never really any accountability.
We were very pleased with Champion, we had our whole house done to include garage doors and gutters. Our experience has been great, always calls back when an issue arises and the works is done quickly if they don’t have to order anything.
Champion responded for our request for a quote promptly. We signed a contract the day they gave us the quote. The crew that was assigned was very prompt and professional in doing their job. Every aspect of the finished job was top rate .
