Overall experience was good. The price was on the top end but the product is built well. The installer I had was incredible. He was methodical and did a great install. The only complaint is he didn’t clean the glass and it’s a large upstairs window. Really no big problem when you weigh everything else.
We are very pleased with our new sunroom.. we live out there most of the time.The guys that worked on our room were very professional and nice. The only thing we had a problem with so far was one of the locks on one of the windows.. And a guy named Frank stopped on his way home and fixed that for us..
We needed new windows on our 52 year old house, so we got bids & went with Champion! Really didn’t think much other than, we’ll have new windows that are easy to open! But I love my new windows! The crew was very detailed & professional! The windows are easy to open & close. Easy to clean & with the aluminum maintenance free wrap around the windows, makes my house looks so good! We are very happy we went with Champion!
I love the windows. Although, the salesman sold me two windows that would open up to let fresh air inside but the company (Champion) later told me they couldn’t make them so they brought out two that they did make but did not open up. The installers actually installed 2 other windows that were not level or plumb. I questioned the installers about it and they said that was the best they could do. I tried calling the local Champion office numerous times prior to verify the install date with no answer (I am assuming the office was closed due to the virus). I did call the main office and they were able to answer my questions. The salesman quoted me an install date of about 3 weeks after the initial sale but the windows took about 2 months after the initial sale. I also tried calling the salesman (his cell phone and office phone) many times and left voicemails for him to return my call which he never did. Again I love the windows but the local people don’t talk to you after you make a 50% down payment
