The rep who came bid the offer and provided a good deal, so we decided to go with Champion. First issues happened when the window measurements took place about a week later than expected. Measurements were conducted and a template was taken. After the 8 weeks came and went I called the rep to find out a status. He said he would look into it and never got back with me. After ten weeks cam and went I reached out again. Multiple text never received a response. Called and he finally answered and said he would call and get back with me on Monday. Monday came and went with no response. At this point I called Champion and was transferred to installations the manager took my information and told me he would find out what was wrong. He called me back and told me there was a problem with the production and would need to be resized or he would give me the option to refund the money. We had them resized and the manager told me he would call me the following Monday or Tuesday. He never called. A week later and two voicemails. I call Champion again and work my way up to another manager. Explaining everything she told me she would have the manager call me back. Well he does call and after months of waiting for these windows he tells me there is nothing they can do and Champion CANNOT make the windows!!! WORST Window company I have ever dealt with. Do not use this company. PS Still awaiting the refund.
Jess was just out to give me prices and get the process started. She was very patient when answering my questions, and answered all of my questions. She was very upfront about the differences in products offered, and was helpful in choosing colors for siding.
Purchased windows for entire home. Product decent, sealant around windows is white-light gray when window color is dark bronze, but hopefully that will dirty up over time, two guys that installed the windows were exceptional. Biggest complaint is salesman lied and told me they would fix rotten wood directly under window sills, including interior drywall when in fact they don’t. So three of the windows I purchased were installed in a dormer wall that is rotten. Since the old sill is covered with a metal cap, they say it’s not their problem, even though salesman specifically said they would fix it. Terrible deceitful people, I don’t recommend.
I was skeptical about having someone come to my home to pitch their windows. Did not want any of the pressure tactics used. However, to my surprise, there were no such pressure tactics. Was a very good experience. Everyone was professional, from the ordering process to installation. Would recommend Champion Windows!
We recently had siding put on our home, Robert Herrnandez was our salesman and seemed to be honest and forthcoming with the sale. Though the siding was more expensive than what we had thought, Robert did work with us a little bit. The workers did a fairly good job though one piece of trim did fall off our garage and there were a couple of screws that needed touched up with the right color of paint. Don and another fella came out and put up the trim piece that fell off and also did the paint touch up. My only thought about Don is that he is super helpful and seems honest as well. He does not return phone calls very fast, but otherwise is quite good and had a keen eye because when we were inspecting the work, he noticed the screws right away. We had missed them. All in all, happy with Champion Windows and Siding.
