Had a bay window and sliding glass doors to our deck put in 21 years ago and they have always taken care of any issues we have had , no questions asked. Replaced a window and a torn screen , so when we decided to do all the windows in our house there was no question Champion was our choice. Quality work great service and the workmanship of the installers was perfection. 100%. They guarantee everything.
I recently had 12 windows replaced in my home. I had 5 other companies quote the job and although Champion was not the lowest bid they were not the highest. I wanted a quality window but not overpriced. I am very pleased with everyone that worked with me to complete the project, from the up front sale, the measurement process, installation scheduling and after install follow up call. The installers Will and Wayne were wonderful and know what they are doing. They cleaned-up as they went along and were very respectful. I'm plan on using Champion to complete other future projects - roofing, siding, doors and decking.
We are very happy with our new windows from Champion. The salesman was very courteous and informative. The man who came over to measure our windows was respectful and very accurate. The two window installers were GREAT! They cleaned as they installed each window. They were friendly and personable.Would we recommend Champion to our friends? Yes! We plan to get in touch with Champion again when we are ready to replace more windows and install a sun room.
Great experience! Ordered windows, there was a misunderstanding as to what was ordered and Champion came through like, well, champions! They suggested reordering, which we did. The experience was seamless - windows reordered, redelivered and installed. They look fantastic and I've already realized a $25 per month savings on utilities, and the house temperature stays more even than any other time in the 20 years I've lived there. Would not hesitate to recommend or have potential buyers check out my windows.
Previously gave champion a 5 star rating. Since then my wife contacted champion in regards to 2 crank out windows that won't open. They told her someone would call to set up a time to come and look at them. Well 5 days later, no call and windows still don't work.
