Champion originally installed a few of my windows 10 years ago and I was pleased with the work. I had a fire in 2018 and had to have all my windows replaced. The contractor tried to duplicate what Champion had done to no avail. I contacted Champion and the representative, Jennifer Bell, came to my home and gave me a quote. She was professional, personable, funny, and honest. I truly appreciated her candor and assistance. When an unforeseen issue arose, Jen contacted me right away and explained my options. Once my windows arrived and the guys came to install, they too were professional. They called ahead of time and even notified me they'd be a little late because there was a car on fire on their route to my home. When they arrived at my home, they were respectful and asked immediately if they should remove their shoes. They explained how long installation should take and encouraged me to ask questions along the way. I returned to work and felt very comfortable leaving my home in their care. Before leaving for the day, they called and told me of the progress and what would be done the next day. When I returned home everything was just as I left it. The job took a little longer than expected because of what was done with one of my windows from the previous owner. Champion (Larry) went above and beyond to match up the soffit piece that needed to be replaced and installed it professionally. Larry actually took the time at Champion to bend the soffit so it matched up even better. I can hardly tell the difference between my original old white soffit and the piece they used as a replacement. THANK YOU!The look of my windows is amazing! Joe Croke was the reason behind our windows. He made it so easy to make the choice and to pick champion windows. Once the windows went in there was absolutely no question that we made the right choice Joe contacted us and even came over to make sure the windows were right and we were happy. Was apprehensive about having a new patio door installed. Got an estimate from another company and it was completely out of my price range. One of my neighbors recommended Champion and after meeting with the representative, I ordered a patio door and two smaller windows with privacy glass. (Less than the cost of just the door from the other company!) I was worried about changing the windows because some of them were hard wired to my alarm system. That turned out to be an easy fix with the alarm company. I can't put into words how impressed I am with the quality of the windows and door, but also with the professionalism and neatness of the installers. They cleaned up everything. I just ordered windows for the rest of my home!
We appreciate your long-standing reputation of quality window products, however we can't say the same for your customer service. We had a representative out last week for an estimate on new windows. We were prepared with research and questions, however we already had planned to get estimates from other companies as well. Our sales rep stayed close to 3 hours, despite us telling him numerous times we were not looking to purchase that day. Putting us on the spot by calling his supervisor / manager who then tried to pressure us further. This same scenario happened once before with another company and this sales tactic does nothing but distance us. Definitely not the way to earn our business. Then, we received 4 calls from your marketing team within days after that, asking about what projects we're interested in. I asked to be taken off the call list and was told it takes 90 days. Unacceptable!
