When the salesman came to our home he was very knowledgeable, he explained and demonstrated the windows at great length. It took about 4 to 5 weeks for the windows to come in and when they called me to set up a install date, they were there on time and finished in one day they cleaned up and explained how to clean and take care of our new beautiful windows they gave us our warranty.
