I had my first experience with Champion when I had installed a new lanai door. Much better product and am completely satisfied. From ordering and having installed everything went smoothly. So when I wanted a new bedroom window I knew would keep me warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, I again choose Champion, and again had the same quality, installed when promised and on time. Will use them again if I ever need another window. I do tell my friends about Champion.
I enjoy working with champion, I am waiting for my window glass to be replaced as it was broken when they installed it. I was told the new window is on order but I have not heard any more. I think it is taking way to long to be replaced and I have not heard from them since.I think they need to update me on where we are in the process
I had a great experience with Champion. Everyone was very professional and knew what they were talking about. The installers were very skilled. They had my new windows in and completely installed in less than 5 hours. They cleaned everything up and took all the old windows with them. I was very pleased with everything.
The quality of the product is truly amazing. The work crew looked a bit ragged, but the crew leader was a true professional and not only did he know what he was doing, he supervised and taught his crew of junior installers what to look for and how to install the product so there would be almost no reason to get called back. While the price is higher then some other companies, the quality will be paying me back year after year
