Initial measure...guys late....very late. Does measurement and doesn't seem to understand requirements of escape windows in basement. I'm familiar...however...he corrects me with non sensible talk. Receive call...first guy messed up with measurements and they need to be redone. Basement escape window confusion resolved with second guy. Installation...aluminum wrapped around rotting wood and smaller window put into place. Told they will not be trimming windows on side - OK - but they do one anyway. A horrible job that has to be dismantled. Price is fairly expensive as you're not really getting new windows, frame and all. Rotted frame you can see through wrapped in new aluminum...really?
Installation went well but windows were never cleaned and followup service to clean did not resolve the problem. I was left with a can of cleaner and was told they were cleaned. They are just as bad and I tried to clean them myself and they will not come clean.
Have had nothing but a positive experience working with Champion. From sales to installers they have been very professional and friendly. Mitch has always kept me in the loop from dealing with the city to when installation is going to take place. Plus he almost always takes my call, who does that. When small items came up Champion came out quickly and took care of it. Would highly recommend Champion.Stanley F
