Justin was great person . We had very informative time with him . He explained everything thoroughly and he spent fair enough of time with us . He was not in rush or pushy . Poor craftsmanship and they do not stand behind their products or installation. I have 16 of their windows and 9 of them have failed and are hazing from a seal leak. Their locks are also a joke. I contacted them to make good on their lifetime warranty and I apparently don’t qualify. DO YOUR RESEARCH! Go with a better company that truly stands behind their products. And it doesn’t seem like they have any plan to contact me to make this right as their reply to this review suggests. If they ever do I will edit this review and change my review if they actually make good on their warranty otherwise please learn from my experience and NEVER give them your business. Go with a reputable company that stands behind their warranty. Still waiting…

Dealt with Lance and Craig. Very knowledgeable in both the product they sell as well as other suppliers. Was very happy with the presentation and didn't feel over pressured to buy. They explained the warranty and their product to me which were both selling features that caused me to sign with Champion windows. We were able to come to a price that I felt comfortable with for a project of this size. Will recommend champion in the future. Looking forward to the new windows.
The initial visit went well and the company rep was very knowledgeable. We had three different patio room ideas and he helped us see which one was the best plan. We were able to get a deal better than the 40% off offered with his help. And the 15 year warranty made us comfortable going with Champion.
