Sales guys said "if you ever need service, we will be right out to help". Said it to my face. Now when I need service it's 6 months to even get scheduled. I'm speechless that you were able to pull off such a magnificent bait and switch on me. My screen room is just average, and you people were mostly nice, but 6 months! This should be embarrassing to you.
The young gentleman that gave me the estimate (and that is exactly what he is a gentleman) was on time, polite, helpful, considerate. I have done business with Champion before for a sliding door and entry door and find the quality to be great. Highly recommend .
I love my windows. My issue is the back door I had replaced. The installation was 5/2023. First call a few days later. Gap at top was letting air in. Chad came. Second call in Nov 2023. Chad came out, the doorwas warped & hinges rusting. New door was order. Darrel came again in 2/13/24 to in install.He could not get the gaps cleared up. He needed another pair of hands. I called 3/5/24. Left a message. No response. I called on 3/11/24. Was told there was no order in there system.
The windows and patio doors are beautiful, functional, energy efficient, and a welcome replacement. The installation process was prompt, professional, courteous, and even friendly. The windows and doors were manufactured within the time frame (14 to 16 weeks) outlined at the time of purchase, though I question why it took exactly 16 weeks for completion, but installation occurred within 1 day of scheduling. The cost, quality, and overall value are highly competitive with the best on the market.
