Richard Burgin provided a window replacement consultation. He was respectful, thoughtful, and kind. Even though we had experiences with 2 other window companies, we decided to purchase Champion widows due to Richard’s presentation. He is an outstanding representative for Champion.
Ron met with us this afternoon and spent time talking about and discussing the windows and doors that we were purchasing. He went over all the details and set up an install date for us. We did the financing and the process was great. We would highly recommend Ron for any purchases for windows or building a sun room.
The sales rep deceived us by telling us we needed to install the sunroom before addressing the undeveloped floor. The sales rep also said the light we purchased to go outside of the sunroom was feasible but the electricians told us no. We also had to spend $7500 on an electrical upgrade. We felt lied to and honestly the work done was not very clean
The salesperson spent several hours detailing the product and the installation process. I appreciated the time he spent but never heard from him again once the contract was signed (he said he would be following up after installation was completed to make sure all went well; it didn't). The installation crew did a great job with demo, installation and cleanup. Very professional. 3 screens were damaged in shipment and a followup visit was scheduled. Tech came out and fixed 2 screens onsite but 3rd one was shipped from the factory and built wrong (after we waited 6 weeks). Tech apologized and reordered another replacement. Said 4 to 6 more weeks. Has been over 6 weeks and no contact. I called customer service several times but they were less than interested in helping me. Was only told that the factory was 3 or 4 weeks behind. I like the product but the communication with customer service leaves a lot to be desired...

We previously had a sliding door and living room window replaced by Champion. We had such a great experience that we have once again chosen Champion for window replacement for the rest of the house and siding. The siding, window replacement and exterior door replacement has been completed ahead of the proposed timeframe. The crews were kind and courteous. Always keeping us up to date on the progress and consulting us with and questions. I highly recommend Champion for all your home repairs and upgrades.
4/29/2024Meeting With Jason Walker Concerning Champion WindowsGayle M.I had a very informative meeting tonight with Jason. I learned a lot about windows. How they are crafted and found out a window is not just a window. There are different grades. Some windows keep your heat in while they protect your home from the cold. And vice versa. The more expensive something cost doesn’t make it a superior product. Jason was a top notch salesman and he worked his salesmanship on me.
The gentleman came today and installed my patio door they were very professional and neat. Then they explained to us what they did why they did it and how it all works. I would recommend these guys to install anything that champion has to sale. They are very professional.
