Crispian Trewhella, was the sales rep that came out to our home. To give my husband and myself a presentation for the purchase of new windows. We did not expect to actually purchase the windows,just wanted to get a quote and find out about your product, but Chris did such a great job explaining about your company and product, with an affordable price we were sold. If the rest of the team does as well with the rest of the project it should be great. Chris was very through in his explaining of the company and how.the windows were made that he answered our questions before we could ask. Great job looking forward to having the windows installed.
We really love the quality of the sunroom presented! Ask for salesman, Andrew M. He is very personable, patient and explained every step. He even gave us his direct contact number, followed up promptly and worked hard to get us approved for exactly what we wanted. Champion has made a positive impression on us. Thank you!
Alex Kachelhofer, the salesman did an excellent presentation. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining the products offered. He offered choices , from wall construction, window and doors for my enclosed patio. Very polite and friendly. Looking forward to construction.
After my previous mixed review, I was contacted by Corey Gamer, the new Cleveland Installation Manager, regarding my survey comments in April 2024.The issue was continued leaking of our Champion patio roof that has had persistent leaking during heavy rainfalls since installation in December 2015. Also, there had been faulty caulking of the roof back in April 2021. This was discovered in September of 2023 when I sent photos of this faulty caulking.Corey expressed his concern over the lack of follow-up by other Champion representatives and immediately pursued possible solutions. Thanks to his professionalism and persistence, it was determined that roll shingles would be the solution. He obtained pricing for the required materials which I accepted and offered that no labor charges would be made for the installation for which my wife and I were thankful. The roll shingles were installed on June 7, 2024. In anticipation that there will be no future leaking of the roof, at this point we are thankful that Corey diligently pursued this matter for us. As an additional follow-up to my previous survey response with regards to Champion windows which were installed earlier in 2024, those windows have proven to be energy effective. We are hoping that the windows will be cost-effective as well.
