Windows are ok, but getting replacements is a nightmare. We had a day one breakage (broke on arrival) took two trips to get right. That's over four months of waiting.The siding they damaged? Still waiting.After I got tired of waiting, I sent their corporate office a letter with items to file suit if the issue wasn't resolved in due time.I CONVENIENLY got a call the very next morning stating my windows had arrived and ready for replacement.For the cost of the product, look anywhere but Champion. They only care about not getting sued apparently, and apparently not enough because my siding is still damaged.
I am not giving the widows a 1 star, but the customer service. If I could give the scheduler Chris L. a score of -0, I would. I spent $5,000+ on windows. First install date went fine other than my large living room window was damaged and couldn't be installed...that's understandable. The problem started with the 2nd install. Phone calls weren't returned by scheduler Chris L. I had to move and replace furniture TWICE due to his incompetence and dishonesty.on 3/6 I was scheduled for 3/18. I called the installer to get arrival time, He said I wasn't on schedule. I Called Chris, I was told he was 15 minutes from his office and he'd call me right back, HE DIDN'T, after many unanswered calls. On 3/19 I was told by Chris L my window WAS there on 18th and he misspoke. I was rescheduled for 3/28. I spoke to his supervisor and was told my window had JUST arrived...i told him my issues with chris and was later given another date of 3/21.Also When I called and asked for a supervisor with a complaint on the scheduler, Angie put Chris on the phone. This was unprofessional to do this .....TRAIN YOUR STAFF CHAMPAIGN WINDOWS....Finally got my window installed on 3/21.I give Michael Lewis an A+ he was extremely professional and helpful. Allen, the installer was nice and professional also.
Charles Kay, the “consultant” was extremely knowledgeable of the product and answered all of our questions while thoroughly explaining the process of the installation. He took his time, didn’t pressure us and was very personable. We are very satisfied with the first steps and anticipate continued professionalism during the process.
do,nt do bussnss with them their custmer service is zero salsman tells you one thing they do some thing else ,they dont returne youre call if you have concern about job , dont waste youre money on this courept company they,re only after youre money ,they simply dont care at all bunch of crooks
Theresa was awesome. She came by and gave my wife and I a clear picture of what we could get done and laid out everything involved perfectly. She explained all options and made great suggestions to help us with our vision for our home. I would recommend Theresa and Champion to anyone.
