Salesman John K came to my house and was timely from an email form I submitted. I was able to get a quick date to discuss my new storm door project and selected Champion to install my home based on their professional service and detailed explanation on the options I seeked for my home efficiency, potential selling of my property in the future and transferring warranties as a selling point, and to invest in a smart decision. I'm excited to see the product when it comes in stock and have it delivered. I previously had a Pella door i got from Lowes and it didn't do well after 2 years and searched only for Champion based on their reputation they where the 2nd company for me to obtain a quote from. I would recommend doing business with John and felt like a priority and they will be with me with my install every step of the way. Thanks!
Vince Dooley recommended Champion to Mother years ago to enclose the front porch. They did a superior job! And, it still looks and works well.Some of our windows had rotted throughout the years and need replacement; so Champion was called to give us a quote. The Factory Representative, Max, came out and gave us an excellent presentation; therefore, with all our questions, he answered them knowledgeably and thoroughly. We accepted his bid to do the work for us; and with his pleasant and upbeat personality, we are looking forward to a continued and successful working relationship.
First I must say the actual workers that worked on our project were great, the actual product turned out great as well. The reason for the 1 star (if I could give 0 stars i would have) is due to the salesman and project manager.Our salesman Tim Copley, came to our houses to give us a quote to do a new covered patio. He was here approx. 2 weeks before we were to get our concrete patio poured. Tim told us that the dimensions of our concrete patio were perfect and that Champion would dig and pour the support caisson outside of the new concrete patio. When the project manager came to do his measurements of the job, he said they could not do the supports outside of the patio and they would have to cut 1'x1' squares out of our brand new patio to dig and place the supports. To pay for this project, we decided to finance it through a company called Green Sky that Champion recommended. We needed to get our HOA approval, which took 6 weeks, prior to any work starting, Tim Copley was aware of this. I asked Tim if we would have to start making any payments to the finance company before we got HOA approval and Tim told us "absolutely not". 2 weeks after Tim came and gave us our quote we received our 1st bill from the finance company. I called Tim right away and he stated that we did in-fact have to make payments before the HOA approval and if the HOA denied our project that Champion would work with the finance company to refund us our payments.Once we finally got the HOA approval, late June, we were told that everything was running through Champions engineering dept. and that they had filed for the permits and they were starting to fabricate every part that was needed for our project. After not hearing from anyone, the last week of August we got ahold of our project manager, Greg Pilbeam. Greg said that they were waiting on engineering to finish and that they had just now applied for the permits. Work at our house finally started the 1st week of September. They usually had only 1 guy out at our house working. He would tell us he would be back the next day and we wouldn't see him again for several days. We would contact Greg to see what was going on and all he would say was that he had to have them go and work on other jobs. The total time Champion spent at our property was over 4 weeks, this is counting all the days that they never showed up. Half the time they came, they would only work for an hour because they didn't have enough materials or had the wrong materials. I asked Tim Copley for the contact information for the person who was in charge of his branch and to this day, Tim has never given me anything.This job should have been completed in 4-5 total days from the first time the workers came to our house. We never were apologized to for them dragging it out so long. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I work in construction and every homebuilder, contractor and homeowner I meet, I will tell them exactly how bad this company is.

It didn't start until Sept! We were lied to the whole time we were waiting! One excuse after another. After the project was finished, in October 2023, we had a roof leak! Our own roofer repaired it and had to move the liability to him then. It was NOT a good experience! But, with a few leaks or repairs, they have done the work required. The employee coming out has been fine, but yet never knows what other work or problem has even been called in. Communication is terrible!!

We are generally satisfied with the quality of the Windows Champion makes. However the job wasn’t done until two months after its promised date. More so they left one front window unchanged because their guy forgot included in the order. Nobody called and trying to replacing that missed window ever since! We are still waiting for Champion Window to call and change that missed window. Their service is really questionable 🤨
