So far so good, my representative Kevin Grubb was very helpful; explained everything very well. I have a voice disability; and fine motor skill issue. As a result I don't use a cell anymore; can't text; and never know when my voice will just quit. I am very pleased so far with the process; I found Kevin to be professional; knowledgeable and courteous. He is an asset to Champion. Of all the companies I spoke with felt he was the most trust worthy.
We can’t wait to get our enclosure!!! We had the wonderful pleasure of meeting with Courtney Golder who is a sales consultant for Chapion Windows and she was so knowledgeable and helpful with her information and demonstrations that we felt completely comfortable to entrust her with our project. We did our shopping around and acquainted ourselves with the latest trends in enclosures and we feel confident that we got the best product out there in the industry for our particular needs. We are completely happy with our decision and the only thing we would have liked to have been better was a quicker process of 6 the months to we have to wait to complete the work.
David Karandos was prompt on our appointment and friendly, made me feel very comfortable with him. He explained their window, all the different options and the way they are built and the process of the installation to my satisfaction. He answered all my questions and I felt after our meeting that I was making the right choice with Champion Windows and there installation team. David told me to feel free to call him with any questions or concerns I might have. This is the first step in the process so will see how the rest of it goes.
We were lied to by the salesman, go figure. He stated they would do precise measurements and build the windows to any out of square areas. They were not and there were significant gaps that had to be filled in. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
