Mr. Jonas Campos is a very professional and honest Champion representative. Jonas is a very meticulous individual and believes in the organization products and their vision.He helped us designed a perfect sunroom enclosure. He had introduced us to a previous customer that had their sunroom enclosure established through Champion. If you want a sunroom wait no more!!!
There was no high-pressure sales pitch, but it was informative and complete. Measurement, manufacturing, and installation was all timely and within expectations based on what we were told. The end product is very good and time will tell on their efficiency. The price was comparable with competitors.
When the issues start before the service is even provided, that should be a pretty profound red flag. I received a coupon for special financing from them. After asking about it I was told that it didn't even exist. Trying to sort it out via email and phone calls led to no resolution, or even a response. Trying to resolve it also ended up with my initial quote being increased by nearly 1k.Edit: This is generally where reviews get some sort of feel-good story about resolutions after the business promised to try and fix a problem. Not this one. After calling this number as requested I was told that the only people in the entire universe that could help me could call me back within 24-48 hours. I'm patient. I waited. No call back. I have gone through this cycle 5 times. I call, get told someone will call back. I call back, get a generic "sorry, someone will call you 24-48 hours from now." It's almost a routine at this point. This is also generally where the stars get adjusted to reflect the resolution. Also not this one, as stars can not be given negative values. Do yourselves a favor. Go with Universal. When I told them I would think about their offer I got a call once a day for 2 weeks trying to get my business, whereas no one actually works at Champion, or they don't own phones.
This experience has been a mixed bag. While the installers worked quickly and efficiently at replacing my windows, the process to get to that point could have been smoother. From the price changing on the contract I signed due to errors by the salesperson to trying to schedule the install with a person who leaves their phone turned off for whole days at a time and doesn't check his email that much, it all could have gone better. But at least the finished product was very much up to par.
Mike Brush our salesman was very professional, courteous and personable during our appointment. He explained the company’s offerings and guided our decisions well. Chris Sullivan followed up a few days later to measure our windows and he was also very professional, courteous and extremely skilled, knowledgeable and experienced at his job. Mike and Chris represented Champion well and I am looking forward to a great installation experience and beautiful windows.
