Martin arrived on time and was very professional. He took the time to provide details about the company, how the windows are made and how the windows will be installed. He was very thorough and knows his product. We are looking forward to having our windows installed.
We purchased $52,000 worth of Champion Windows for our home. Only one was defective and confirmed so by three different Champion employees. One side had severe distortion due to wavy glass. This was a picture window in a high traffic area. They refused to replace it. They refused to give us any credit for this window if we decided to just live with it and only offered to replace it with a "piece of glass, available locally". That was unacceptable to us. We purchased a new window, not a repaired window. All attempts to reason with them were rejected. We talked to our sales person, the Office Manager, the Installation Manager, the Regional Manager from Ohio and several other employees from Champion to no avail. Phone calls and texts and emails were ignored. Nobody would help us. They flat out refused to replace this defective Champion window with a new Champion window. They refused to replace it with a genuine Champion product, whether glass and frame or glass package only. Only an inferior locally made window package product was offered. We finally just gave up and paid for the project just to be finished with it. I could not recommend this company to anyone. Very disappointed! To be fair, all the other windows were not bad, installed quickly and work as designed. It was just this one window. Champion apparently does not stand behind their product that has a quality control issue. Beware! Also, our sales person verbally promised a painter to touch-up the caulking on the exterior to get our business but he was either fired or quit so we are going to have to pay for that in addition. This office was in the Boise area. I would advise anyone to avoid Champion Boise completely if this is the way they do business. Update Oct 4, 2023:It's useless talking to these people. They just don't get it. We simply want a new window, made in Ohio, to replace the obviously defective window they sold us. A locally made replacement window of questionable quality is not acceptable. Argon gas is invisible. How do we know it's even in there? The tint needs to match exactly because there is another window just like it several feet away. Both need to match. That's not too much to ask.
Abed was friendly, professional and very detailed. I really appreciated all the information he gave me regarding how the Sunroom are built and what specifically is covered by the warranty. I know I will be very happy with my new Sunroom. Thank you, Champion and Abed!
A portion of the material on top of my sunroom isn’t tacked down, it’s attached to the siding of my house. The gutters installed has large visible staples. The floor inside my sunroom is uneven. Inside the sun room the trim isn’t consistent. I expected a manger from champion to come and look and inspect the final project. When I inquired about it I was informed the county would do the final inspection,
