This company wasn't what i expected contacted on july 1st that windows would be installed on july 3, got a call 7:30am informing me truck was broke down that me & my wife had to wait til july 7th, then we noticed after installation the new windows took away our depth to install blinds fr 3" to 1" never was i told i would need to purchase new blinds and thats what happen unexpected cost very dissatisfied will not recommend this company!
The initial process of talking to a sales person went very well. He was a bit early for our appointment, so he asked if he could look around the exterior of the house to see what it was we were interested in doing. I gave him a quick overview and then didn't speak to him for another hour when we had the scheduled appointment. When we met, he already had a drawing put together of what he understood we wanted to do with our existing prefab sunroom and what we wanted the new room to be, and he nailed it. In only a few minutes, he saw what we had and understood what we wanted the end result to be. Champions pricing was affordable and the product seemed 1st rate. Once the builders came out, they tore down the existing structure and built a new 4 season room. The room turned out great and we now truly have a year round sunroom.
Ordered our door Nov. 1, 2022 and finally got the door installed July 7, 2023 We called so many times without a call back finally someone called us back and he was the manager from Washington state and we live in Colorado he said wrong person to speak with about our doors! It has been a nightmare to get somone to finish the doors install!! The sales person lied about the everything down to the no interest loan which we are paying interest! I really am so upset about how Champion does business bad very, very bad! I will never do business with Champion again ever! We also needed 10 windows however it will not be with Champion, they lost that sale! DO NOT BUY FROM CHAMPION WINDOWS AND DOORS YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE ALL AROUND THEY SAY ONE THING AND NEVER FOLLOW THROUGH!!
Had my initial consultation and signed the contract with Anthony S for new picture windows for our living room. Very informative presentation. The window frames are quite solid, and the glass does a superb job of stopping UV and keeping summer heat out. Most direct warrantee of the replacement window systems of the window companies I've had in my home. He did a very good job to demonstrate Champion windows are in the sweet spot of price and performance. All replacement window firms will offer a significant discount for signing a contract the night of your consultation. Not a big fan of this industrywide norm. Recommend doing as much research before having a consultation appointment in order to be comfortable making that decision when presented with the right information.
I feel that the salesman I had was pretty young and also felt he was going to take me for a ride and I was right gave me an estimate for 37000 dollars, That is almost what I paid for my house so not happy. I had all my windows done by champion. And I'm very happy with those.
The worst experience ever! I will not do business with Champion ever again and I will not recommend them to anyone. The communication was horrible. No one checked in regularly to provide updates or offer assistance. The contractors they hired often showed up with no prior notice and did not communicate with us when there were delays. Todd L., the installation supervisor, was not helpful throughout this process and lacks basic customer service skills. John S., the salesman was only eager to make a sale and did a poor job following-up after our contract was signed. However, Josh, the installer, was extremely professional and addressed any concerns we had. This was an extremely stressful process; one we are glad is finally complete. I would recommend the following to Champion:Check in with the customer regularly to provide status updates, delays and address any questions or concerns.Respond to emails in a timely manner.Communicate effectively.Provide a 3D visual of the final project.Ensure your customers feel valued.
We have had numerous warranty replacement windows literally explode due to Champion not manufacturing the replacement windows without the proper pressure relief tube. Our home is located at 10,400 feet. They kept sending replacement windows that would explode within days of installation. Samantha, their customer service representative never gave up until the windows were manufactured properly. Champion honored the warranty. The replacement time was excessive. Samantha always kept me informed and truly cared about getting our needs resolved. This could have easily been a two-star review, but Samantha's effort and customer service made a huge difference with our experience!
Jonas helped us with the design of our screen room. He was extremely professional, very nice and patient. He walked us through design ideas and put us at ease with how the process will work. And, he showed up at our house at exactly the agreed upon time. That was definitely very important to us. He is certainly an asset to the Champion brand. Thank you
