I would not do business with them again. Took way too long to make things right and it was not worth what they are charging. The estimate started at 32k and the final haggling cost was 18k. That was terrible that they would try to gouge a customer so much for the product they are selling.
We've had champion do both our windows on the second floor and now we're having them do an exterior door to our basement. There is a long wait time. They also (claim to, I never verified) custom make their windows, so those have lead time as well. We've never had an issue with their work, so despite the price it's one of the best options here given how shifty so many are in the market.The windows are great and have helped reduce our bills and made it more comfortable to be up there as all the hot air from the house tends to migrate there, along with the incoming sunlight. The bill reduction will take decades to even out with the cost, but it might help with home selling if you have particularly old windows. They do look nice.The door isn't installed yet, but I suspect it'll be a just fine by the book experience.
Our sales person Olga took the time to really explain everything to us, about the company, the doors, the process, etc. she even got on the phone super late at night to make sure our order got in before April deals were over- she gave us lots of discounts too.
It is the most annoying and grammar/communications challenged company I have ever dealt with. I received random texts with no person or company name, just telling me I need to call them; emails with no greeting or ending and once I finally found the person to make an appointment (really awful voice mail system) I received at least a dozen reminders of the appointment. And when we did sign a contract (all due to the amazing young man who was very informative and not at all high-pitched sales.) we received endless texts and emails. The company may be solid but I was losing patience attempting to make an appointment and their truly awful communication. Extremely unprofessional.
