Overall we had a good experience with this company. The sales rep was good and helped us understand the process and pricing. The process of measuring and payments was easy and professional. The install was on time and done well. Clean up after the job could have been a little better. there were small cut pieces left in the garage and driveway. A little more attention to the detail work(caulking) would be nice. We would have liked a final walk through and inspection time after install before being asked to sign off on the project. The install crew seemed to be in a hurry to leave. They just left the keys to our new sliding door on a table. we found them the next day and were not even sure what they were for. Fortunately everything looks good and we did not find any issues.
Jake is very knowledgeable, professional . He knows the product well and seemed genuinely excited to share. He is very personable and interested in helping us get what we need . We contacted several window companies and Jake with Champion seemed the most honest and fair in about pricing . I am excited to brag about our experience with Jake andChampion windows. I will refer both whenever I can .
Michael Bradley gave me very informative, detailed and knowledgeable information on what to expect for my window replacements, more so than the other two companies I had received quotes and presentations from. I'll hold off on my 5 stars until the job is complete.
Shane Willis was very professional, patient, and pleasant. He answered every question I had. One of my windows manufactured incorrectly. Shane told me I was on my own. Do lots of research on Champion before signing contract. This is the only company that I am aware of that wants all the money before install. Once you sign you are stuck or at least loose up front 1/3 down.
Sales was excellent, but that’s where it ended. Was told someone would come out for accurate measurements to send to manufacturer. No one ever called. Soon i was charged for the doors to be made but never had official measurements taken and it was like pulling teeth for someone to provide me proof that measurements were taken when no one was home. I was told it happened on 10/31 but I was out of state. So must have broken into my property to do it then?Skip ahead two months, one door shows up to be installed but can’t as it doesn’t fit. Shocking. Three months later all doors arrive for install. First time I touch it the screen falls off my patio door. On the other door the hardware isn’t what I ordered to begin with and there is a dent in the steel paneling. So one of three doors is working out for me. In total, it’s been six months since i signed on the contract and i haven’t so much as received a “hey, we’re sorry this has been awful and we really appreciate your $15,000. How can we make it right?” Instead I have to inquire DAILY with someone from installation scheduling (since this is the only contact I have aside from sales) about when and how management is going to fix it. I went with Champion as for the warranty and quality of work. Never again
