Wes was polite and professional, Very knowledgeable regarding his Champion product and his demonstrations were very convincing. We were told our windows will be installed in six to twelve weeks and we are looking forward to having new windows in our house.
Carlton was awesome. He was friendly, professional, and a lot of fun to work with. He really knows his stuff. I was impressed and I'm not often impressed. My daughter was home during the appointment, and he made a point to involve her. We loved the demonstration! The windows speak for themselves and I'm very excited for the installation.
I have bought 2 windows from this company and I really like them. I just had a 3 season sunroom installed and it's exactly what I needed for my house and dogs.I'm not exactly sure if anyone is going to contact me again. Is the city coming to do an inspection? Does the salesperson call me and say thank you?? Just a suggestions. I know everyone is very busy these days - but I am a repeat customer... Hello??
My experience with Champion was so quick and easy…they kept me informed during the entire process…the gentleman who installed the windows was very conscientious and wanted everything just perfect and it is…I will need more windows later and will definitely use them again!
Potential buyers beware! This company is very slow to begin the process and 6 weeks after giving them a deposit for my window project, they called to say the cost would be 20% higher than our original agreement. Their mistake in calculation that they wanted to pass on to me. I’ve asked to speak to a manager twice with no response. But they do apologize for this 2 month, $1100 “inconvenience”. This is no way to do business so be careful. Reporting to the BBB
Do not deal with Champion Windows! Continue to have horrible experiences! It took 2 1/2 weeks this time to try to get a sliding glass door handle replacement which has broke 3 times. Customer service didn't return calls or texts. They now want to charge for a lifetime guarantee part to be installed because they changed the part. They are expensive and their product is cheap (on the 3rd door handle).
