Champion Windows were great throughout our entire process. The salesman needs to be a little more knowledgeable about the financing but was overall great too. We agreed on a price and a short time later our windows were being measured. 4 to 5 weeks later they were calling to set up our install date. The installer [only 1 guy but not typical I was told] showed up on time and ready to work. The installer was a dedicated craftsman who was kind, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Our windows were installed beautifully and our home is now a comfortable place of rest again! Thank you Champion Windows!! We will be recommending you to others as time goes on.
The absolute worst experience of my life!Ordered $35,000 worth of windows only to be told four weeks later that they didn’t order them and had to change the contract. I requested a full refund, which they denied stating that would break the contract rules. Yes, the same contract they just changed and caused me to miss my project deadlines. The manager was a complete jerk, cheesy car salesman type. Here I am months later with a terrible product and nothing to do but share this experience with you in the hopes you dont choose this terrible company.
After placing our order, communication essentially stopped. Took multiple emails and texts to try to get any updates on our order. Windows were installed well with minimal damage to surrounding finishes and installers left the areas as clean as they could. Very disappointed the windows were NOT cleaned before the installers left. A small gesture like that would have been very appreciated.
We had all our windows plus two door walls replaced.The product itself is very well made. But the follow up by sales, management, install manager is terrible.We need 4 windows redone, two did not fit, one is cracked, and the bathroom was not privacy glass. Plus there is a rip in one of the door wall screens. They said they would get them to us ASAP. that was 10 weeks ago. It only took them 13 weeks to make 19 windows. Not sure what is going on, but trying to find out is next to impossible. Very poor customer service on their part. Would not recommend them because of this.
To begin with we had 3 companies come with quotes.Megan was very knowledgeable, clear, patient. Answered all my questions and ones I didn’t even think about asking. Even though a little more than I’d like to spend but less than the competition. I feel she is a definite asset to champion window sales force. I really like the low key none pressured presentation. Megan made me feel very comfortable and truly made me enjoy the experience of all her knowledge with her non pressure approach in making my decision on buying or not buying. In the end we went with Champion. Will update after windows are installed.
