After speaking with 3 other Wisconsin sunroom builders, I came into contact with David at Champion Windows. Let me just start out by saying, if you are serious about a sunroom project, David is THE man you want to talk to. The project I am currently working on with the Champion team required much more attention to detail than an average sized build. Considering the scale of the sunroom and the anticipated six figure budget, I wanted to make sure I was moving forward with the best. While I felt like other companies were vague about specifics of the project, David communicated very clearly with me and laid everything out in detail. He has done an astounding job of keeping me informed and answering any in depth questions throughout the process. Unlike other companies who just wanted to get under contract as quickly as possible, I could tell David genuinely cares about his clients and the projects he is involved in. To date, I am very happy to have chosen Champion on this project. While we are still in the process of completing this large 2 story build, I have absolutely no doubt in the Champion team.I am looking forward to completing the project with Champion this coming spring, and hope to contract with them on future jobs as well. -Ian
I hired them to do all the windows around my house (18) I asked for black windows, all picture windows except for 3 that were to be grated just as they were,. I have a home that was built in the 1890’s so keeping the integrity of the home is important, To make a long horrible story short, the color of all windows were all white and then said I was getting hardy board with the salesman, they decided to charge me for all the wraps around the windows, ALL were picture windows when they showed up, NONE had grates, my new crew was coming the next morning and I didn’t have time to reorder!! Plus my salesman was an absolute lier and yes they have private contractors ALSO, the men that installed my windows didn’t put one of my windows straight, it was crooked and the same 2 windows are not straight as you look at them from the side, my windows above my doors were 2 inches off, which I had to pay my new crew to take them out and PUT them over the doors so they were straight, None of my windows were touched from the outside, they did nothing around my windows to make them new and remove old material making them all look unfinished. Again I had to pay my crew to fix them and finish them, I went as far up as the DM and all I asked was some off of my bill for the whole nightmare and their answer was to SEND THE SAME MEN BACK AGAIN, obviously already not happy with me, and left the job as if it was finished, and would not help me at all!!I WILL BE CALLING MY LAWYER and that’s not my thing but this was hours of no help and THEY DON’T CARE about their work, I’m so glad I had people to help me BECAUSE CHAMPION WINDOWS CAN NOT BE BOTHERED! It’s sad really.
