To begin with we had 3 companies come with quotes.Megan was very knowledgeable, clear, patient. Answered all my questions and ones I didn’t even think about asking. Even though a little more than I’d like to spend but less than the competition. I feel she is a definite asset to champion window sales force. I really like the low key none pressured presentation. Megan made me feel very comfortable and truly made me enjoy the experience of all her knowledge with her non pressure approach in making my decision on buying or not buying. In the end we went with Champion. Will update after windows are installed.

Even though a little more than I’d like to spend I believe the improvement and benefit to the window installation will definitely be something I’ll be doing in the near future. We had Champion windows installed years ago. The sliding patio glass door has needed the lock/handle looked at twice. This time, the old 4-pt lock is no longer supported and we must change to a 2-pt lock. From Dec 7, 22 until Feb 13 we waited for the repairs. They told us it was a parts issue ("yes, it DOES take 6 weeks for parts") yet another staff member offered to check stock and asked 'what color we wanted.' ANY color. Just make it so we can lock our home. We also had an appointment at end of Jan which was no-call no-show and were rescheduled for 3 weeks later. The lock is.....worthless to us. It's VERY hard to turn. There is a gap through which wind can be felt. The tech said the wiggle and gap is how it is. We were also charged more than quoted for the service call. Their prices changed just as we called in Dec and the staff member quoted the old price. We must say - we did ask, and they did honor our request by refunding us the difference.
