William (Bill) our sales person was so professional and had an awesome presentation of the Window product offered. He was so good we got the windows products for our home. One of the things I liked about Bill was he was open and honest about everything. I appreciated the way he handled the process.
My husband and I are very pleased to have met and signed a contract with one of your kind Reps. Wesley VanderVeen took on the challenge and sold my husband and I a door even though his expertise is windows. I would never had known! He was knowledgeable and kind and the sales transaction was seem less. I would and will recommend Wesley to my friends. We also had him price up some window replacement too and once the door is set we will reach out to Wesley again for sure to replace some windows. It was a pleasant experience. Thanks Wesley!
Customer service does not exist, can’t ever get ahold of anyone. Show up with no appointment we weren’t home. Got hung up on by supervisor over install. Showed up at my house to drop off product no appointment. Showed up to install no appointment. Salesman showed up to take pictures 9pm at night appt was for early in the day, showed up to clean up trash 7 days after they were supposed to no appointment. Tried to call customer service multiple times during the process from beginning to end and would forward us to a voicemail and would never get calls back. Nothing started getting done until we filed a complaint with the lender.
