Was promised many things that never happened. Our sales guy Matt didn’t even make it 2 weeks after we signed and it was supposed to be 6 weeks and took almost 6 months. Was supposed to get a dedicated electrical circuit and the contractor cut a hole into our brand new house to tap into a current outlet to use and only got causer because he cut through wires and had to come inside to repair. After the project was complete we had an outlet catch fire from arching wires that were cut. Slab isn’t square, room isn’t square and leaks. We don’t even want them to come around here to further damage trying to repair. Save yourself some money and look elsewhere.
One of the best windows money can buy. They are not cheap but you get what you pay for. The best warranty of any window manufacturer and is transferable. Professional and courteous staff. This is the 2nd home we have had champion windows installed in. The first home install is about 8 years old and the windows still look new. This is why we're putting them in our 2nd home.
This my 3rd time doing business with Champion. They replaced my front door in 2018, resided my house in 2020 and now are replacing my windows. The quality of their work as well as their product is superior. If you want the job done right the first time, hire Champion!!
Financing was not explained in any detail. Only box that had 4 payments filled in and when they needed to be paid. This was agreeable to us. Then 10 days later paperwork received from Greensky about financing purchase. As stated previously, we had agreed to four payments not financing for 144 months. It's past the 3 day cancel time so where do we stand? We agree to the $5950 purchase price in the 4 stated payments being paid directly to you using credit card. So again, where do we stand? Windows not ordered yet.
