Awesome experience with Greg Walfield’s, sales rep!!Willing to work with me due to my work schedule!! He even came by my house on a Sunday. Champion made my wife and I feel like family, didn’t matter who I spoke with…!! Even the manager Mr. Rod Lacheney awesome and understanding
20 weeks in and they still can't give me an install date, but are happy to let me cancel for a huge fee. My sales guy (Shane) mistakenly told me everything was in 8 weeks ago. Now personnel and supply chain problems at the door plant prevent them from estimating a date. Got me over one heck of a barrel. Money better spent elsewhere.
Wes was our sales representative and he was kind, understanding, and clearly knew his product and his industry well. We were happy to work with him and are excited for our installation this month. Four stars only because the consultation took HOURS - unfortunately this seems to be industry standard, but we were not prepared to have a windows consult take up upwards of three hours of our evening. There simply must be a more efficient way!
Steve Calkins was our factory representative and he was very personable, informative, and professional. This is our first time buying windows and Steve talked us through the whole process in great detail. He ran us through all the different options and made us have a great experience with Champion. Highly recommended!!!
