From the first viewing right through to completion, Millie and Tom from the Hortons Keep development were brilliant. We didn’t quite know how the whole experience worked due to it being our first home, we were made to feel at ease throughout. They were very attentive, quick to answer any questions we had. Everything was explained in great detail and the whole process was so easy from start to finish! Sean has also been extremely helpful, professional and quick to solve any problems. Very pleased with how well everything has gone and extremely happy with our new home😊
Moved in a week ago. We love the house. The team at Charles Church @ Cricketers Green Forton could not have been more helpful, approachable and supportive in helping us settle into our new home - and what a beautiful home it is. We moved into our new home in 'The Hamlet' South Wales just before Christmas 2025 and it couldn't have been a smoother experience. Special mention goes out to Jack Govier, Deputy Site Manager, he has been phenomenal and is an absolute asset to the company. He's been extremely attentive and has gone the extra mile to make sure that we have settled in well and any issues and snags have been swiftly and professionally dealt with. If you're looking to buy a Charles Church house in The Hamlet do not hesitate. It's is a lovely site with a great team behind it.
Hi we got the keys to our new home 12th December 2025 . We met the sight manager Chris Alexander …who came to see us and assure us that he was here to help us with anything and everything ! I can say he has gone above and beyond to make our experience a good one … nothing is to much trouble and he is very approachable and understanding and sorts any snags out asap , he also checks back with us the customer regularly tosee how we are and if we are happy with any repairs or snags that have been done … it has made our move so much easier to know you have someone like Chris on sight … he is a credit to the company and such a nice man
We’ve just moved into our new home at Snowdon Gate. Exemplary customer service from our onsite rep. Geraldine. Friendly, assiduous & a consummate professional, she’s eased the inevitable worries & issues that come with the purchase of any house, promptly & efficiently. The level of detail in the finishing of the house itself is much higher than previous new builds we’ve had. The house was clean & completely ready for our move in. The Site Manager Andy, has been on hand, giving us his complete attention, leaving us feeling confident & reassured should any issues occur. Very happy indeed & would certainly recommend.
Absolutely amazing sales team and Site Manager, very helpful and supportive with any queries before, during and post purchase. As the built is completed by multiple contractors, the one thing that is missing, is all the documentation eg instruction manuals, certificates etc being collated in one place and given to you on completion. That has caused some problems, as we had to ask on separate occasions for different things like booklet for EV charger, documents for solar panels, information about the alarm installed etc. This part definitely requires improvement.
